Limestone

Sanghipuram is located on a rich belt of limestone mines which belongs to M/ s Sanghi Industries Limited (Cement Division). The monthly consumption is about 50, 000 MT both for the clinker plant and grinding unit, although the requirement of grinding unit is about 1000 MT per month.

The distance from the limestone mines to the clinker plant is about 4 Km and that of the grinding unit is about 18 Km.
