Maintenance

For maintenance of the named resources, the branch has experienced manpower, who take care of the preventive as well as break down maintenance. The maintenance staffs are on standby 24 X 7. Except for critical failure- in which case, the failed component or the equipment as a whole is sent either to Bhuj or Gandhidham (60 Km each from Mundra) all other maintenance is executed in house. For this, spares are stocked in each branch in optimum quantity. To increase the efficiency, the entire inventory management software is being implemented by M/ s ICICI Infotech Limited (www.icici-infotech.com) as part of our ERP project.
