Under the young and dynamic leadership of Shri Dinesh G. Gorasia, this Company plans to contribute to the society by constructing houses for the denizens of the earthquake ravaged city of Bhuj. As a first step, the Company has acquired total land of 22. 33 acres in the pristine atmosphere of Haripar (about 2 Km from the heart of the city of Bhuj).On this vast plot- aptly named after the ‘Iron Man’ of India, ‘Sardar Patel Nagar’- some 200 houses are being constructed.

The common amenities provided are garden cum children’s amusement park surrounded by a jogger’s track, swimming pool, children’s playground with proposed courts for Basketball, Volleyball and Tennis. A shopping mall is also envisioned to cater to the needs of the dwellers of ‘Sardar Patel Nagar’. The project is likely to be completed by July 2005.
