Our first project For Real estate Development was started in 2002 as Sardar Patel Nagar, Situated at bhuj as Resident Society with around 300 plots, more on 150 plots with completion of bungalows and afterwards Our New Residential project Situated at Siracha as S.V.City with around 1500 plots is on progress, our international projects Which are handled by our sister concerned company Swami India International Ltd at Gambia (West Africa) are Paradise Estate and Sun Beach Village.
