Manned by experienced agriculturists, the produce is controlled
by the right mix of fertilizer and pesticides. The compost is
prepared in earth worm beds. Excellent quality is achieved through
the 5000 sq mtr of Net House by controlling sunlight.
The cash crops groundnuts/ peanuts and castor
are grown in single land covering a total area of 11 acres. The
other cash crops are cotton seeds and coconut
(200 trees). Kesar, the export quality Mango
(75 trees), Grapes (2 acres), Sapodilla
(commonly known as Chickoo/ Chico/ Sapote, 28
acres), Dates (10 acres, with tissue culture
in technical collaboration with L J International Limited-
www.avtbiotech.com),
Jujubes, Jambu Plums, Watermelon,
Muskmelon and Raisins are some of the fruits grown in this farm.
The Company has shipped (the first time that it is being done
through the sea route. Normally fruits are air lifted for export.

The Company has ambitious plans of exporting Sapodilla
Wafers by producing them in the farm itself.
The vegetables grown in the farm aplenty for the local market
are Tomato (2 acres), Bottle gourds,
Ridge gourd, Lady’s fingers (Okra),
Cluster beans, Papaya, Brinjal
(Aubergine/ Eggplant), Radishes, Carrot,
Beetroot, Cabbage, Cauliflower
and spices like Chilies.
